

This is a series that does need to be read in order as there is an ongoing story arc flowing throughout. This was told from multiple viewpoints and it was great to catch up with past characters. This was great it followed on nicely from "The Dragon of New Orleans" this also seemed to have more of an urban fantasy than a paranormal feel to it which was slightly different from book one. This was a really good read, I didn't enjoy this quite as much as its predecessor but that was mainly to do with the central characters who I didn't take to quite as much as Raven and Gabriel, but more of that later.
